On January 5, 2020, the 2020 New Year Gala of the Nanjing Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce was grandly held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Yincheng. Pan Ruiji, Lieutenant General of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and Honorary President of the Nanjing Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, Shen Jian, former Director of the Education Department of Jiangsu Province and Honorary President of the Nanjing Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, Zhou Ning, Deputy Secretary-General of the Nanjing Municipal Party Committee and Director of the Bureau of Letters and Calls, Fei Xueqin, Deputy Inspector of the Nanjing Federation of Industry and Commerce, as well as relevant leaders from provincial and municipal governments and state-owned enterprises, Liu Zonghe, Chen Hongxiang, and Wu Wenkang, Honorary Presidents of the Nanjing Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, Xu Xiaosong and Feng Xiangjian, Advisors of the Nanjing Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, Chen Cunyou, President of the Nanjing Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce, and over 400 guests including co-chairmen, vice-chairmen, directors, and all members gathered together to reminisce about their hometown sentiments and plan for future development. Zhao Jianguang, Chairman of Huanyu Group (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Zhongjiang New Material Technology Co., Ltd., as a co-chairman of the chamber, came on stage to give a toast. At the gala, employees from Huanyu Group performed a dance program titled "Setting up Lanterns and Decorations".
